The management of Entulu – Melatai FMU is committed to bring development to their workers and the living conditions of local communities.  A joint Employer-Employee Committee was formed to address the grievances of workers on their condition of services, housing and etc..

There was no settlement inside and adjacent to the FMU.  The nearest settlements are about 33 km from the northwestern edge of the FMU accessible by boat only.
